Account settings

Account Settings holds everything that belongs to you rather than to a project: how you appear to other members, how you sign in, your plan, your credit balance, and your cookie choice. Open it from the bottom of the sidebar — click your name, which carries your plan badge and the caption View profile. The same corner of the sidebar holds the Dark mode / Light mode switch, the notification bell, and Sign Out.

Avatar and profile

The Avatar card shows your picture; hover over it for the camera button to upload a new one (JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP) or the × to remove it. If you signed in with Google, your Google photo is used until you replace it. The picture appears next to your name in the sidebar and wherever members of a project see each other.

Profile Information holds your Full Name — required, and the name other members see, in Manage Members and on the decisions and extractions you record — and an optional Nickname. Edit either and click Save changes. Your Email Address and Member Since date are shown but not editable: the email is the one you registered with, and changing it is something to ask support@littview.com about.

Password and sign-in

Change Password opens a dialog with New Password and Confirm New Password. Five rules apply, shown as a checklist that fills in as you type — at least 8 characters, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character — and the strength bar reads Strong password only when all five are met, which is also the bar for the change to be accepted.

If you created your account by signing in with Google, you have no password yet; the card shows Add a password instead, which takes you to the Add a password page. You’ll still be able to sign in with Google afterwards — a password simply adds the email-and-password route. If you ever forget it, Forgot password? on the sign-in page sends a reset link.

Plan, billing, and credits

Three cards cover what you pay for and what you have to spend:

• Plan — your plan badge with its one-line description (Free forever — the full manual review workflow. or $49/month — 2,500 AI credits per month, unused credits don’t roll over.), your Projects meter (3 of 9, turning amber at the cap, or Unlimited), and a View plans link to the Plans page. Archived projects count toward the meter.
• Billing — present only when you have a Pro subscription. Switching cycles, updating your card, invoices, and cancelling all happen here; see How to manage your subscription.
• Credits — your balance for the AI features: Available in large type, then Balance, with any credits on hold while a call is running, Monthly allowance, and — if you have bought a pack — Extra credits with their expiry date. On Pro the card also carries the two buy buttons, 1,000 credits — $13 and 2,500 credits — $29, and every plan gets the View AI usage link. On Free the card reads 0 credits, because AI features aren’t part of the plan. What each line means is covered in Plans and AI credits.

The notifications that concern your account rather than a project — AI credits running low, You’re out of AI credits, Extra credits expiring soon — arrive in the bell and on the Notifications page, and each one links back to this page.

Cookies & analytics

The Cookies & analytics card is the permanent place to change your answer to the cookie banner. It shows your Current choice — Accepted, Rejected, or Not chosen — with Accept and Reject buttons, and covers the optional analytics cookies only; your choice applies to the Littview website as well as the app. The card links to the section of the Privacy Policy that says what those cookies collect.

Leaving Littview

Sign Out at the bottom of the sidebar ends the session on this browser; your projects and your membership in other people’s projects are unaffected.

To delete your account entirely, email support@littview.com from the address on your account. Cancel your subscription first, and export anything you need from the projects you own — the evidence table, the included and excluded sets, and the PRISMA diagram all export from their pages — because deletion is not reversible.
