How to track AI usage

Every AI call in Littview is recorded: which workflow ran, in which project, who asked, what it cost in credits, and whether it succeeded. The AI Usage page in the sidebar shows that record from two angles — My Usage, which is yours wherever you work, and Project View, which is the owner’s view of a project’s whole spend.

Click AI Usage in the sidebar. From inside a project you own, the same item opens Project View already set to that project; the project’s home page also links there from its Members & AI usage card, and the Credits card on your Account page has a View AI usage link. The header — Track calls, credits, contributors, and project activity — carries the two tabs; Project View appears only once you own at least one project.

Both tabs share a time window: Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 12 months, or All time (the default). Every number and chart on the page follows it, including the recent-calls list, so a figure on one panel always matches the others.

My Usage counts the calls you made — in your own projects and in projects you only review in, where the credits were charged to that project’s owner. It is the tab for anyone, on any plan, who has ever clicked an AI button.

  • AI Calls, Credits Used, Active Projects (projects with AI activity in the window), and Last Activity sit in a row at the top.
  • Usage Timeline plots the window as a chart; switch it between Credits and Calls, and between Daily and Monthly bars.
  • Usage by Workflow splits the spend across Screening, Extraction, Conflict, Methods Report, and Results Report, each with its share.
  • Usage by Project lists every project with activity — calls, credits, and the date of the last call.
  • Recent Calls shows your latest calls with the project, the workflow, the time, a status pill, and the credits charged.

Project View is the owner’s account of a whole project: every member’s calls, because every one of them was charged to you. Assistants don’t get this tab — spend is billing information, and the owner is the one paying. Pick the project in the selector (the most recently created is selected first) and the page rebuilds for it:

  • AI Calls, Credits Used, Success, and Errors at the top.
  • Project Usage Timeline and Workflow Breakdown, the same charts as My Usage, scoped to the project.
  • Member Usage — one row per member who used AI, with their calls, credits, and last activity. Click a row to expand it: Calls, Credits, Last seen, and a Feature Breakdown showing, for each workflow, how many of that person’s calls and credits it accounts for.
  • Recent Calls — the project’s latest calls, each naming the member, the workflow, the time, a status pill, and the charge, filterable by member (All users), workflow (All workflows), and outcome (All statuses: Success, Provider error, Timeout, Parse error). Six show at first; Show N more expands the list, up to a hundred.
  • The status pill tells you whether you paid. A call that failed at the provider or timed out charges nothing — the credits held for it are released. A Parse error can still carry a charge: the model did its work, but its answer couldn’t be read into the form or suggestion.
  • Credits Used against your allowance is the budgeting figure. Compare a project’s Credits Used for the last 30 days with the Monthly allowance on your Account page to see how quickly the review is spending, and Member Usage shows where it goes. If one workflow or one member is using more than the review can afford, the levers are Toggle AI access in Manage Members and the extra-credit packs on the Credits card — see Plans and AI credits.
  • What you won’t find are tokens, model names, or dollar amounts. Credits are the only unit shown anywhere in Littview, so a number here is directly comparable with your allowance and with the packs you can buy.
